Payment For Services

My cash pay rate is between $85 to $150 for counseling services.  Rate depends on type of counseling service and length of session.  In certain circumstances, you may qualify for a lower fee based on a sliding scale (See FAQ's). There will be a $50 fee for missed appointments or appointments not cancelled with a 24-hour notice.  Call today to discuss your counseling needs.

Serene Space Counseling, PLLC is credentialed to work with the insurance companies listed below.  I manage most insurance payments through Headway (www.headway.co and others directly with the insurance company.

Serene Space Counseling, is also a provider with the Texas Workforce Commission Vocational Rehabilitation Division (TWC-VR).  If you are a customer of this agency and are approved for counseling services, talk to your VR Counselor about your option to select Serene Space Counseling, PLLC as a provider.  

If you receive Out of Network (OON) benefits from other companies not listed here,  I can provide a receipt with appropriate details so that you can request a reimbursement if eligible.
